Shakti Yog -

Shakti yoga blends free movement or dance with conventional yoga poses. It does not have any strict rule and guided by the self-expression and creativity concepts of Shakti. The focus of Shakti Yoga is on the sun salutation pose, which is also called ‘Surya Namaskar’. In this yoga, you concentrate on the inner energy and power while performing different breathing exercises and poses. 

It also emphasizes smooth movement as well as flowing transitions between poses. Mantras that are words or sounds, which you continuously chant and breathing exercises are also included with the poses of Shakti Yoga.

While performing Shakti Yog, the key mental focus is to notice your everyday experiences and find out ways to manage negative energy and stress in a better way.
