Kundalini is a dormant spiritual energy believed to reside at the base of the spine. Through practices like meditation, breathwork, and Shaktipat, this energy can be awakened, leading to profound personal and spiritual growth.

Shaktipat is the transmission of this energy from a guru or spiritual guide to the recipient, often through touch, gaze, or simply through intention. It can initiate an energetic awakening, facilitating transformation on multiple levels — physical, mental, and spiritual.

 

During the Kundalini Activation via Shaktipat session, I will guide you through a series of meditation and breathwork techniques to prepare your body and mind for the awakening of Kundalini energy. Through remote Shaktipat transmission, the energy will be transferred to you, even though you are online. You do not need to be physically present in the same space as me. The session will take place via Zoom, and you can comfortably participate from your home.

No prior experience is necessary. Whether you’re new to Kundalini or have some background in spiritual practices, this session is designed to guide you at your own pace. If you’re new to these concepts, I will provide clear instructions to help you understand and benefit from the session.

During the session, you may experience various sensations such as warmth, tingling, or emotional release. These are all signs that the energy is moving within your body. After the session, many participants report feeling more grounded, energized, and deeply connected to their inner selves. You may also experience shifts in your mindset, increased clarity, or heightened intuition over time.

It’s important to note that Kundalini awakening can be a gradual process, and the effects of Shaktipat can continue unfolding in the days or weeks following the session.

It is recommended to keep your camera on during the session so I can guide you through the experience. However, if you are feeling uncomfortable, you may choose to turn off your camera. The energy transmission is still effective regardless, but having your camera on allows for a more personalized experience.

After the session, I encourage you to take time to rest and integrate the experience. You may feel a variety of emotions or sensations as the energy settles. It’s helpful to stay hydrated and give yourself space for reflection. Some people find it beneficial to journal or meditate following the session to process the shifts that have occurred.

 

Generally we recommend 3-5 sessions as per your ease.

Kundalini awakening can be a powerful and transformative experience. While it is generally safe when guided properly, it can sometimes lead to emotional or physical discomfort as the energy moves and clears blockages within your system. It’s important to come into the session with an open mind and heart, and to listen to your body during the experience. If you’re concerned about the intensity of the experience, we encourage you to approach the process with mindfulness and patience.

Before the session, make sure you’re in a quiet, comfortable space where you won’t be disturbed. Wear loose, comfortable clothing. Ensure you’re well-hydrated and have eaten something light beforehand (but avoid heavy meals). Setting an intention for the session can also help you align your energy for the experience.

 

This session is suitable for most people. However, if you are pregnant, have a serious medical condition, or are under psychiatric care, it’s important to consult with your healthcare provider before engaging in any type of energy-based work. Yes, repeating the session can be a powerful way to deepen your practice and further activate your Kundalini energy. Many participants choose to attend multiple sessions over time to continue their spiritual journey and to integrate the changes more fully.

Due to the nature of this offering, we do not provide refunds. However, if you are unable to attend the session for any reason, please contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, and we will work with you to reschedule.

  • Stay Present and Observant: Pay attention to shifts in your thoughts, emotions, and energy. Kundalini awakening can bring up old patterns or unresolved emotions, so be gentle with yourself and practice self-awareness. Journaling your experiences can help process these changes.
