Timing : Morning – 4:00am to 5:00am
I never thought that I would be able to do spiritual practice in Brahma Muhurta but decided to give myself a month. I have surprised myself. Everything that has been said is true. It is like charging myself for a new day.
The dynamic breathing, part of the cultivation, brought out so many suppressed emotions, I didn’t even realize I was holding up. Wait for the morning.
Always thought that it is impossible to get up so early, but now there is no need for alarm.
Bramha Muhurat Meditation helps in meditation continuation ,which is not possible alone. This daily meditation will slowly make long term changes within us and are happening .I am happy and suggest every sadhak need to join this ,moreover it is affordable.

I am Sharmila sharma, I have joined Brahma mahorat sadhna. unfortunately I missed morning meditation, but I attend Guruji’s lectures and Neeraj mam and Sanjeev sir’s dynamic breathing and yoga classes.
Yoga which Neeraj mam had taught I do on daily basis and often do dynamic breathing. Before my body was very stiff and had energy blockages but now there is improvement.
There is one request Guruji kindly arrange one shakti paat session as my brahm mahorat routin is much disturbed.🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻.Thank you much.
